Kinds
Pneumatic trucks, cushion trucks and narrow aisles are just amongst the various kinds of forklift trucks made by Clark. The different kinds differ in terms of the way they operate. Lifting Capacity
The lifting capacity of Clark forklift trucks differs according to the type. Forklifts which are battery-powered have a range from 1100-3000 kilograms, depending on the type. For a greater capacity range, the internal combustion or IC kinds are recommended. They could carry from 1400-8000 kilograms.
Engine
AC batteries, either 48 volt or 36 volt, are used to power Clark electric forklift trucks. The internal combustion or IC engine types have 52 to 100 horsepower engines. The IC models have automatic transmission with three-speed, two-speed and single-speed kinds.
Frame/Cab
The frame/cab assembly is in the center of the forklift and includes overhead protective cover for the operator, controls and the seat. The frame includes the engine, fuel tank, trans-axle, wheels and transmission.
